I am a PhD student specialising in microbiology, aerosol science, and ice nucleation.
My key research areas are: (i) Arctic research focusing on the impact of microorganisms and bioaerosols on atmospheric processes and climate. (ii) Ice-nucleation activity and diversity of biogenic ice-nucleation particles (INPs) and atmospheric microorganisms. (iii) The coupling between INPs and microorganisms in the marine, terrestrial, and atmospheric environment. (iv) Microbial processes in the Arctic environment, including processes in permafrost.
